Shrimp Spaghetti

Below is the shrimp Spaghetti recipe. How ever we didn't include the method to make raw spaghetti. You could make them easily if you have machine and if not then You could use best pasta makers to make spaghetti own self.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp 1/2 kg

  • Spaghetti 12 oz

  • Green bell pepper chopped 1

  • Red bell pepper chopped 1

  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup

  • Green onion chopped 8

  • Garlic chopped 3 cloves

  • Cornstarch 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black pepper 1 tsp

  • Dried basil 1/4 tsp

  • Cold water 1/4 cup

  • Tomato sauce 8 oz

  • Water 1 cup

  • Vegetable oil 1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Mix oil, tomato sauce, water, basil 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt in pot on medium flame and boil it.

  2. Then reduce flame and stir it occasionally.

  3. Then sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on shrimp and mix it nicely.

  4. Heat 1/4 cup oil in saucepan on medium flame, add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion and garlic and stir it for 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Then add vegetables in tomato sauce and cook over medium flame

  6. Then reduce flame to low after 3 minutes and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

  7. When sauce approximately cooked add seasoned shrimp in sauce and mix it nicely.

  8. Then reduce flame to medium and stir it occasionally.

  9. Then mix cornstarch and 1/4  cup cold water in bowl.

  10. Then add mixture in sauce and mix it nicely.

  11. Then boil salted water in large pot.

  12. Then add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

  13. Then drain it and put in serving bowl.

  14. Then pour sauce over spaghetti pasta, sprinkle green onions and serve.

Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 1 package

  • Chicken boneless strips 4

  • Plum tomatoes diced 10

  • Feta cheese 2/3 cup

  • Garlic chopped 2 tbsp

  • Dried basil 2 tbsp

  • Cajun style blackened seasoning 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil 3 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Boil salted water in big pot.

  2. Then add spaghetti and cook for 5-8 minutes or until al dente.

  3. Then drain it.

  4. The heat oil in large skillet pan on medium flame.

  5. Then put chicken and cook until brown on outside.

  6. Then put garlic, basil, Cajun seasoning, salt and black pepper and stir it.

  7. Then mix tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft and chicken is cooked.

  8. Then toss in spaghetti, take out in dish, sprinkle feta cheese and serve.
